I had mine when I was in my junior year. And I must say that the car wasn’t on my parking lot now, but I still have the manual—along with the other five. Haha!

Kyle Schmidt
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02531222769924812763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4212243715862066794.post-36379673318653306962013-03-12T17:30:41.433-04:002013-03-12T17:30:41.433-04:00Hi Anonymous: That's a cool story, getting you...Hi Anonymous: That's a cool story, getting your first car back! You'll get into any parade you want to get in! Have fun restoring it and have fun riding around in it! I've often thought how cool it would be to have that car back but not really ... if I was going to buy a classic I'd get myself a bright red 1956 Buick Roadmaster convertible! White top of course! Thanks for writing! Sadly, I had to sell it to a Fraternity brother in 1967 and move on with my life. This year my daughter and granddaughters talked me into trying Facebook. In a matter of a few weeks I had tracked down old college friends I hadn't heard from in 45 years. One of them was the guy I'd sold the Dodge to. As a joke, I asked him if he still had "my" old car. He did! It had been stored in his Grandmother's (now his) garage since 1970. Then I asked him if he'd sell it back to me, and to my shock and amazement he agreed. Now, 45 years later, she's coming home where she'll receive a full restoration. My wife (then my girlfriend) have many fond memories of the old Dodge, and we can hardly wait to see her again.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4212243715862066794.post-54412980032458911762013-01-11T11:39:50.323-05:002013-01-11T11:39:50.323-05:00Yes I do Shaun. I mean, the reason why you sold the car was because of that class trip. Well, good thing you still have its manual. There'd be more great cars for you to come. ;)Ivo Beutlerhttp://www.autoparkniagara.ca/niagara-falls-used-car-dealers-parts-service.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4212243715862066794.post-42938045595372693522010-04-08T15:16:04.858-04:002010-04-08T15:16:04.858-04:00George, I remember this as if it were yesterday. ...George, I remember this as if it were yesterday.
